This Sunday, July 31, seminal band Concrete Blonde will take the stage in the California high desert town of Joshua Tree for a one-of-a-kind live event that will be streamed online for ticket buying fans through Stageit.com.

Live at Rancho De La Luna, the band’s first ever live-streaming “experiment”, will offer both international fans and fans across the country the chance to see Concrete Blonde play just for them. Fans can purchase tickets for the event here. This is a great chance to see a legendary band in a loose, comfortable, spontaneous environment – and to hear Johnette tell it – this will truly be a rare peek into the band’s always-interesting creative process – live in her own backyard – the sacred desert environment of Joshua Tree.

And you can hear my discussion with Johnette about the show (an a bunch of other things), here.
