Which is putting it mildly. MoveOn.org is now against the bill and urging progressive Dems to vote against it:

But it’s not too late to fix the bill. And as Joe Lieberman has shown, just one senator willing to stand in the way can force legislation to be changed dramatically.Senator Bernie Sanders, a strong proponent of the public option, has already made clear that he’s opposed to the legislation in its current form–and he could decide to block it until it’s fixed.3But there’s enormous pressure from all sides to pass a bill quickly, no matter how weak it is. Let’s show Bernie and other progressives that we’re counting on them to block this version of the bill–and we’ll get their backs if they do.Can you sign our petition opposing the current Senate health care bill? And they’re pretty ticked at Lieberman, mocking him in this mildly amusing sock puppet ad:You know, I’m thinking this ad must make Lieberman pretty happy considering MoveOn.org’s support of Lamont in his challenge for Lieberman’s seat. I bet he is laughing at them, there is nothing they can do to him. They gave it their best shot and came up short. Would Lieberman have lacked party loyalty to this extent and showed this much bravery if he hadn’t been dumped by his friends and colleagues? It’s been fun to watch the train wreck this bill has become and the outright civil war among the left. The A MSNBC host treating a Democrat ObamaCare supporter like a Republican, grilling and yelling at her and refusing to let her answer. Ed Shultz allowing Kos to rip Matthews for his dissing of the netroots. And here’s Lana Davis getting treated like a Republican by Ed Shultz (even allowing Jane Hamsher of Firedoglake to ambush him on his client list):
