I was reading this report in the NY Post and was amused by this:

“We are surrounded by warships and don’t have time to talk,” one terrified pirate told a Reuters reporter who reached him via a satellite phone.
“Please pray for us.”

They board a US vessel looking to hold it for ransom and then want prayer from a Reuters reporter when they are surrounded by the Navy?
But they are about to get reinforcements:

Abdi Garad, a pirate commander, said from the Somali port of Eyl, “We are planning to reinforce our colleagues, who told us that a Navy ship was closing in on them.”

Yeah, more pirates in fishing boats against a warship, that will help. Better to stick to prayer.
