Rich is as over the top as usual. Man, the guy is such a drama queen, he should go back to theater reviews where his rhetoric would be more appropriate.
It’s rich (pun intended), coming from lefties who have coined the phrase, “BushHitler,” and have been calling our president a “Smirking Chimp” for years. Whenever HuffPost posts a story about Cheney, they receive the inevitable comments about wishing he would die. These are the same people who have accused our troops of “air-raiding villages and killing civilians.” I could go on for quite awhile about the over the top rhetoric being used against McCain and Palin (and their families — how about booing a 6-year-old girl – yeah, that’s class) but I know I don’t have to because you guys already know for a fact what’s been said and know it’s over the top.
But how’s this for “inciting vigilantism,” the MSM and the left’s (I know, I’m being redundant) accusations against Republicans have incited the left to action:

Vandals spray-painted the words “Republican means slavery” on the door of the York County GOP campaign headquarters overnight Friday.

And some are even resorting to violence
:

Authorities have arrested two men after a Molotov cocktail was thrown at a 4-foot by 8-foot campaign sign for Republican presidential candidate John McCain in a southeast Portland yard.

So, Rich, maybe you might want to comment on the plank in the eye of the lefties before you comment on the speck in the eye of the Republicans. You might sound a little less laughable.
