Since it’s abundantly clear that shipping a child through the mail isn’t the best way to get a child from point A to point B, not to mention the danger to your child and lack of nourishment, you would think that there wouldn’t be a need for such a law. Well, you’d be wrong. It’s been illegal since 1913 after the postal service was used to mail at least two children.
