That’s what the Prowler is reporting. He’s asked some of his staff to work for free or take a pay cut and they’re walking out leaving holes in the organization:

“The money simply hasn’t come in at the rate that we expected,” says the aide. “Florida is a $7 million commitment that we can’t meet, and if we did, that leaves us exposed for Super Tuesday, where we have a lot of states and a lot media buys. We had to make tough decisions.”

I guess they didn’t raise too much at that Chuck Norris fund raising barbecue. Though it did get a lot of press because of Norris’ diss of John McCain’s age and his silly math trick.
