Our hearts go out to the families of the Turkish Miners who died this week in the mining disaster in Soma, Turkey. Let’s pray for them:

 Father of All Comfort,

We ask you to hold these grieving souls in your arms. Your Word says that you are near to the brokenhearted and you save those who are crushed in spirit. We trust in you to show your mercy to each and every lamenting wife, mother, father, brother, and child. Through this grief, may they know from experience how wide and long and high and deep your love is. Deeper than any sorrow.  Deeper than any tragedy. Hold each hand. Kiss each brow. Catch every tear. Unleash your Church to be your ambassador of comfort.

In Jesus Name,

Amen
