Have you ever wondered what your body might have to say about the way you live your life; more specifically, about the foods that you are stuffing down, down, down into ‘her???’

How often do you listen to your body?  How often do you hear her moan, “I’m stuffed. Stop eating!” but you choose to ignore her?

Does the smell and taste of chocolate cake (feel free to substitute your food of choice) override the sound judgment that your body has been desperately trying to express?

Intentional Listening
Before breakfast, lunch and dinner, even if just for a minute or two (or three!), sit quietly.
Close your eyes and ask your body,

How are you feeling today?
Are you getting what you need?
How can I better serve you?  Take care of you? Love you?

Listen.

Your body wants to communicate with you,
and she will appreciate your efforts and reward you ten fold.

Talk to your body!

Spread the word … NOT the icing!
