How are we going to neutralize our taste buds?
By brushing and flossing our teeth!

Taste and food particles linger in your mouth and can trigger the desire to eat. If you can’t brush or floss when out, try rinsing with mouthwash!. (Keep a small bottle in your bag!). Get in there, clean those teen and neutralize your taste buds fast.
There are plenty of other benefits from good dental care. In fact, one of the key contributing factors to living longer is flossing! Researchers aren’t quite sure as to why, but they think it could be that the mouth serves as a gateway to the rest of the body, giving the bacteria in plaque a way in. Or, they think that people who floss regularly tend to be more health conscious than people who don’t.

So, get in there … floss, brush, prevent tooth decay, gum disease and neutralize those taste buds!
