Unassuming Blueberries: Powerful Little Disease Busters by Janice Taylor, Life & Wellness Coach, 50 Pound Big-Time-Loser
Whether you want to bust a disease, age gracefully, or are simply in need of a tush-kickin’ recipe, this yum delicious blog-post is for YOU!
Blueberries On Top: Tufts University analyzed over 60 types of fruits and vegetables, while the U.S. Department of Agriculture Human Nutrition Center studied over 40 different types of fruits and vegetables. (For the scientific minded, here’s a link to Understanding Free Radicals and Antioxidants.)
Blueberries may even reduce the effects of aging as they improve balance, coordination and short-term memory. (I’ll have a bucket, please.)
