Breathing is so important for all of you .. Taking the time to breathe in deeply, and noticing the breathing in deeply, and being mindful of what the breathing felt like…  Sometimes your breathing is very shallow and we invite you to understanding of mindful breathing.. Its like eating too.  When you mindful of what you are eating, and eating the food slowly being aware of the different tastes, can help you to eat slower, and enjoy the action of eating mindfully.   So many do the same actions day after day and not totally conscious in what they are doing.. This can be conversations we have with people, the automatic responses we give to people, with our totally paying attention to what you or they are saying to each other.. So we ask you to be more mindful of your days of activity and mundane activity.. How can you become conscious of all that you doing, today and tomorrow.. What ideas do you have for this to occur.  We love you and we want you to love every minute of your day . And also to treat every moment, every action as a conscious action in which you are truly present in every way.
