We ask you to think of a color that is pleasing to you.

Imaging the color wrapping around you engulfing you with its healing qualities and helping to see the clarity of a situation that needs to be healed.  Imagining this color healing the pain and hurt or loss or negligence. Forgiving oneself, or another can help in healing the situation so that the life that is waiting for you can be lived to its utmost goal. You deserve joy in your life and you deserve to live the life of being free from all that keeps you from not moving on.  You deserve to the black cloud dissipating.  We love you always.
