Tired of illegally parked cars ignoring police, Mayor Arturas Zuokas decided to crush offenders with a public warning to double-parkers, loading-zone blockers and anybody who ignored red-painted curbs.

He borrowed an Army tank and personally crunched a snazzy Mercedes-Benz flagrantly parked in a bike lane in Vilnius, the capital of the European nation of Lithuania.
