Question: Sometimes I feel a deep loneliness in my heart. I know I have many tools to be happy, and the most important tool I have is I’m alive… but the deep loneliness continues. What can I do?

Answer: For many years, we mistake this loneliness as being the echo of something missing in our physical life. It’s not. It’s a kind of call from the heavens, only we don’t recognize it as such because most of our parts still long for people and possessions. Don’t answer your loneliness. Stay with it. Study its face. You’ll see through it. God is on the other side.
