LOAlogoBLOGThis is post 276 in my series on the Law of Attraction in Action. You CAN use your power to manifest your desires.. I do it every day! Read all the posts in my Law of Attraction in Action Series to see how.

I don’t advocate bring selfish in the true sense of the word, but to get the Law of Attraction to work well for you, it’s important to focus on you. I don’t see that as being selfish but many would. And if you’re a people pleaser focusing on giving yourself joy, which fuels the vibration for manifesting good stuff, may feel selfish. If you want to be happy and reach your goals, let go of labeling giving yourself joy as selfish. Self-love is often labeled as selfish by people who want more from you—which is real selfish!

Watching out for yourself and your needs is your birthright. If you focus on pleasing others it tells the Universe that you don’t feel deserving of the best. You need to be selfish enough to take good care. And when you are selfish enough to take good care of yourself and your needs,  you have a lot more to give to those you care about. And you tell the Universe to bring it on and the Law of Attraction will bring you more good stuff!

I don’t consider taking care of you selfishness. Some would but you have to decided for yourself what works for you. Unless you are at least a little selfish you won’t get that much of what you want and you can come up empty in manifesting. Therefore you won’t have anything to give to anyone. When you are a little selfish you stop being a people pleaser and  have a lot more to give others—from a  place of joy, not to buy acceptance. That’s the best kind of nice person! When you focus on your own needs, it says you believe that you are worthy of manifesting your desires. Pleasing yourself helps you enjoy your life more fully and builds  self-love.
