Marie Osmond recently opened up in an interview with “Fox & Friends” about living life and checking things off her bucket list. After six decades in the entertainment industry, Osmond said that she’s ready to live life and so “crazy things.” Her recent adventures include, skydiving, climbing Mount Sinai in Egypt and appearing on the soap opera “The Bold and the Beautiful.” Osmond also owns two motorcycles now. “Since three years old, it always had to be, ‘You can’t break your leg, you’re under contract,’” she recalled. She says that now, it’s “time to start doing things that I want to do.” She added, “More than anything, I feel good and I’m having fun.”

At the age of 64, Osmond has continued her years-long work with the diet company “Nutrisystem,” where she recently designed a program called “Complete 50” for women over the age of 50. “The reason is because when you hit 50, something just changes — especially women’s bodies,” she said. She added, “It’s designed to help with hormones and things like that, especially that middle fat.” Osmond shared that heart disease took the life of her mother and grandmother, which is why leading such a healthy lifestyle is a “game changer” for her. The actress and singer opened up about her own weight loss journey, proud that she has been able to keep the weight off for years. “I wouldn’t have had the life I’ve had over the last 18 years if I had that weight on me,” she said. Osmond said that she continues to work with the company because she is confident that it works. She shared that the healthy lifestyle is all about balance, revealing that she indulged in Matzo ball soup and cheesecake the night before.

Osmond expressed how grateful she is for the support she’s gotten over the years. “Being a female who has been in this business working every year of my life consistently for over six decades, of course I’m grateful,” she said. Right now, Osmond is focusing on her family by making sure her “grandchildren know their grandmother.”
