An amazing video is making the rounds on YouTube.  A dog in Santiago, Chile is shown risking his life by running into the middle of a highway to rescue another dog hit by a car.  The hero dog is shown dragging the other dog by the neck.  Eventually, highway workers spotted the two dogs and helped them off the highway.  The dog that was hit lived!
