During high school, Haselteen Rumbo’s parents forbid her to attend the high school prom because of dancing.

Now, at 90-years-old, Rumbo got a second chance to attend a high school prom in Independence, Missouri–with her 18-year-old great grandson.

The nursing home that Rumbo stays in started granting wishes to senior citizens about a year ago to help them fulfill their bucket lists.  Besides the prom, Rumbo also attended her first concert recently and got to meet and take a picture with the main singer, Reba McEntire.

Rumbo wore a black dress with gold and silver sequins and a rhinestone tiara.
