Tallulah Willis is officially a married woman.

The 32-year-old daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore tied the knot with musician Justin Acee on Saturday, Aug. 8, in Sun Valley, Idaho, surrounded by family and friends and wearing a showstopping custom Balenciaga gown.

Willis, a writer, artist and fashion designer, married Acee less than two years after the couple announced their engagement in December 2024. Acee is a musician who releases music under the name NIGHTIES.

One notable family member has not appeared in photos from the celebration: Tallulah’s father, Bruce Willis. It has not been publicly confirmed whether the 71-year-old Die Hard star was able to attend.

Willis has been living with frontotemporal dementia, or FTD, a progressive neurological disease that can affect behavior, personality, language and communication. His family first announced in 2022 that he had been diagnosed with aphasia and would step away from acting. In February 2023, they revealed that his condition had progressed and that doctors had reached a more specific diagnosis of FTD.

His wife, Emma Heming Willis, previously revealed that the actor had moved into a nearby single-story home better suited to his needs, where he receives round-the-clock care while remaining close to his family.

Tallulah has been open about navigating her father’s illness and has previously described Acee as a source of happiness and support. Asked in 2024 what her ideal day would look like, she told PEOPLE it would include “waking up laughing with my partner,” something she said “happens a lot.”

Sun Valley also holds special meaning for the Willis family. Tallulah spent part of her childhood there after Bruce and Moore moved their family away from Los Angeles while raising their three daughters.

For her big day, Tallulah wore a cream-colored Balenciaga gown designed by creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli. The strapless silk satin dress featured a draped skirt, dramatic train and bow at the back, finished with a tiered tulle veil.

According to Vogue, the gown took an incredible 712 hours to complete, including 405 hours of construction and alterations and another nine hours devoted to the veil.

Moore, Rumer and Scout joined Tallulah for her final fitting about a week before the ceremony.

“This morning I’m feeling almost out of body,” Tallulah told Vogue. “I have my family here, I’m trying on this dress, being in kind of a princess moment.”

Scout couldn’t resist joking about how dramatically her sister’s wedding-dress search had evolved.

“Remember when you were sending me Etsy wedding dresses?” she said. “From Etsy to Balenciaga couture — that’s a moment. Who would have thought?”

For Tallulah, however, the wedding was about much more than the dress.

“We made a decision at the very beginning of our relationship that we were going to choose each other every day,” she told Vogue.

Willis and Acee announced their engagement on Dec. 23, 2024, after a romantic proposal surrounded by candles and rose petals. Tallulah shared photos of the moment with one simple caption: “Everyday.”

Now, after a rose-petal proposal, a meaningful return to Sun Valley and a wedding dress more than 700 hours in the making, Tallulah and Acee have officially begun their next chapter together.
