Jenna Jameson, once one of the most recognizable figures in the adult film industry, is sharing how faith has completely transformed her life.
In a new Instagram video, the 50-year-old opened up about leaving behind her past and embracing a new purpose — helping others find Christ. “After decades of being known for my body and sin, getting baptized and helping others find Jesus too,” she wrote, pairing her message with an audio clip declaring, “Switching sides.”

A representative for Jameson told Fox News Digital that she isn’t shying away from her story. “Jenna is being loud and proud about her walk with Jesus Christ,” the rep said. “She believes that boldly proclaiming her love for Him is helping open so many people’s eyes to the truth that no one is beyond redemption.”
It’s a powerful turnaround for someone whose name was once synonymous with an industry far removed from faith. After years of struggling with addiction and trauma, Jameson chose sobriety in the late 2010s — and publicly celebrated four years sober in 2019. “We do recover. We do overcome. We do rebuild,” she wrote on Instagram at the time. “We still have scars. They fade. The sun begins to shine, closing out the shadows. Trust returns.”
Her journey to faith hasn’t been without trials. In 2015, during her relationship with Israeli businessman Lior Bitton, Jameson converted to Judaism. But even that season came with challenges — including antisemitic attacks online that prompted her to leave Twitter, now known as X. “My sobriety and faith are the most important things to me,” she shared. “I am being attacked for my faith. Being Jewish. I must protect my love for G-d above everything; my sobriety and strength stem from Him and His grace.”
Now, years later, Jameson’s focus is firmly on walking with God and sharing her story to inspire others. Her baptism marked a new beginning — one rooted in forgiveness, purpose, and the peace she says only faith can bring.
Once the owner of her own production company and the star of numerous films, Jameson has shifted her platform entirely. Instead of glamour and fame, she’s choosing grace and honesty — speaking openly about redemption and the power of God’s love to heal even the most broken pasts.
“I was known for my body and sin,” she reflected, “but now I want to be known for my faith and for helping others find Jesus.”
Her words echo a timeless message of hope: that no one is too far gone for God’s mercy, and that true transformation begins when we surrender our old lives to Him.
