Fans of Hulk Hogan say they witnessed something extraordinary outside his funeral service this week — a cloud formation that appeared to mirror one of the wrestling legend’s iconic poses. Many are calling it a divine sign from God, offering comfort and hope in a time of mourning.

The life of Terry Bollea, known worldwide as Hulk Hogan, was celebrated at Indian Rocks Baptist Church in Largo, Florida — the same church where he was baptized in 2023 and became a regular member. While the private service focused on remembering his life and faith, it was the sky outside that left many speechless.

Hogan’s friend, DJ and musician Dee Jay Silver, attended the service and later posted a photo of the unusual cloud formation. In it, many saw the unmistakable outline of Hogan’s familiar flexed-arm pose.

“We said our final goodbyes to my hero today!” Silver wrote on Tuesday. “We saw you in the sky looking over us! Hulkamania will live forever, brother! RIP, my friend!”

Others shared the same sentiment. “The cloud outside of Hulk Hogan’s funeral at Indian Rocks, FL. Wow! You see what I see?? If this isn’t a sign, then I don’t know what is,” one person posted online.

For Hogan’s church family, the moment reflected his larger-than-life presence and the deep faith he had embraced in his later years. His pastor, Aaron Filippone, shared that Hogan’s transformation through Christ was central to his life.

“At the request of his family, the service was private — an intimate, off-camera time to remember the man we loved,” Filippone said. “While the world knew him as a larger-than-life figure, I knew him simply as Terry — a humble, joyful, Jesus-loving man whose life was transformed by the grace of God.”

During the funeral, attendees watched a six-minute video of Hogan sharing his testimony, set to Josh Baldwin’s worship song Evidence. In the video, Hogan encouraged others to take the most important step of their lives.

“The number one priority is accept Jesus Christ as your Savior — [to] surrender,” Hogan said.

Filippone expressed the bittersweet emotions of saying goodbye while holding onto the hope of eternal life.

“I will miss Terry deeply,” he wrote. “But I know this: because of Jesus, Terry is more alive now than ever — fully healed, fully free, and in the presence of his Savior.”

For fans and friends alike, the cloud sighting served as a powerful reminder of the hope Hogan held onto so firmly — that death is not the end for those who belong to Christ.
