First place your hand over your heart and speak out aloud from your heart.

The present moment is a gift. It’s where my focus, energy and actions reside. The stuff outside of that I will now put to the side and come back to later if need be.

Here, now, in the eternal present moment, I will live, I will be, I will engage with the world.

With the divine presence that is within me, I will be both present and omnipresent in my interactions.

I cultivate the art of creating from alignment, honouring my heart, and inner truth, and acting from integrity from my deepest sense of truth, justice and love.

My life is synchronised and interconnected with both the earth and the cosmos. I am intimately related to all life, and honour the sacred life-force of all living beings.

I respect and honour nature and harmonise with her splendid and intricate ways. My role is to treasure, nurture and preserve our living planet, Gaia. I respect and honour all animals, tree and plant-life as sacred. I pray that I will be an instrument of love and healing for all inhabitants of Earth.

I honour myself as a sovereign creator being.

I honour and recognise myself as a manifestor, able to manifest my destiny.

I am grateful for all the blessings in my life. Gratitude is my natural rhythm and way. I am grateful for this opportunity of living, breathing and being.

I practise loving-kindness, forgiveness, and compassion to all people, even those that are my opposites, or adversaries. I recognise all as the divine face of God.

I welcome new ideas, innovations, insights, and opinions. I am open to other points of view. I respect all viewpoints as valid. I respect other voices and cultivate the skill of listening.

I seek liberty and justice for all of planet Earth. I pray for a world that serves and rewards all.

I am here to love and take care of myself. Even my shadow and imperfections do not need to be hidden or repressed. I release all that I have rejected about myself, and endeavour to cultivate a deep respect for my body, mind and soul.

In the words of St. Francis of Assisi, “Lord, make me an instrument of your peace.”
