success or failure

A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity;
An optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty

Life is an opportunity.  Every moment contains within it exactly what you need to grow and thrive.

Being physically healthy is such a vital part of living a successful life.  Don’t you agree?  What about your mental and emotional health?  How much does your mental and emotional health contribute to your physical and financial health?

To have a positive attitude you must be optimistic about yourself and life.  You expect good things, good situations and good opportunities.  You remain positive and optimistic in the face of negative appearances.  You are strong mentally and emotionally.

Optimists smile frequently and pessimists frown.  Optimistic people look at problems as temporary setbacks and look to create solutions.  Pessimistic people look at problems as permanent and do not think they can do anything to change them.  They complain a lot.

There is a big difference in reacting vs. responding to life, situations and circumstances.  An optimist looks at challenges and responds creativity where as a pessimist looks a challenges and complains, reacts and tends to be a victim.

Optimists see challenges, problems and difficulties as opportunities for growth, creativity and success.  They have a healthy attitude and know that every adversity contains within it the seed of an equal of greater benefit!

An optimist stays cool, calm and collected in the face of challenges.  They see clearly what is happening and make better decisions and create solutions.  An optimist is more healthy because they are less stressed about life and situations.  An optimist also has more energy and a higher vibration because they take things more lightly than pessimists.

What is your pattern?  It is either victim or victory!

Have a wonderful and prosperous day!

smiles,
