Promise me that today you will do what you are afraid to do. That you will say what is in your heart to say. That you will stand with yourself as you rise into the true glory of all you are and all that you came here to do.

Never more and never before has it been so important to stand and speak the truth to power. It is a time of great change and great opportunity so stop being a unique conformist and get out of your box and say what needs to be said. Get the answer you want to know in your heart and then….

MOVE ONWARD!! to what is next.

Get the nerve and exercise the muscle beyond the beyond, somewhere over the sea.  Have faith in what you can’t see and journey deeper striding gently and with purpose into your life.

Ask the question.  Get the answer.  Live your life.  Fully.  No excuses.  No regrets.  All love.

Make your life an emblem of beauty.  Standing for what is Loving, allowing any action that is necessary to rise up into consciousness and take today to act on it.  Never forgetting the highest space of possibility.  Remaining centered, so when adversity strikes, when you are irritated, when getting knocked down or stumbling awkwardly when your intention was to soar you know Love takes it all in stride allowing us as Dorothy Fields wrote to “take a deep breath, brush ourselves off and start all over again.”

Keep in mind Michael Eric Dyson’s “Justice is what love sounds like when it speaks in public.”  Our nation was built on the pursuit of this inalienable right of our humanity.  Do not be afraid to speak up letting your nerves by your guide to the promised land.
