enjoy every moment

“It is not how much we have, but how much we enjoy, that makes happiness.” – Charles Spurgeon

It doesn’t take a lot of time to cherish life’s sweet moments. While these moments are fleeting, each one is packed with purpose, power and happiness when you take the time to savor everyone.

And when you do, one minute is enough.

One minute is enough to feel gratitude as you open your eyes and greet another day.

One minute is enough to enjoy the first sip of your morning coffee or tea.

One minute is enough to appreciate the clean, hot water pouring from the shower.

One minute is enough to have a good job that helps to pay the bills.

One minute is enough to realize what you do makes a positive difference in someone’s life.

One minute is enough to step outside and take a moment to simply breathe.

One minute is enough to perform, or witness, a small act of kindness.

One minute is enough to say “thank you” when someone lends a helping hand.

One minute is enough to sing along to a favorite song playing on the car’s stereo as you make your way back home.

One minute is enough to take in the smells that make your house a home.

One minute is enough to adore being surrounded by the ones you love the most.

One minute is enough to give thanks for having food to eat.

One minute is enough to give, and to receive, a good-night kiss.

When you don’t know how much time you have left, one minute is enough to savor exactly what you have.
