“You can give without loving, but you can never love without giving.” – Unknown

Words can be powerful. Carefully selected, words can tell someone exactly how you feel. Three powerful words often said with deliberate intention are, “I love you.”

These words are life-changing and can create a bond between two people that will last a lifetime. But words alone aren’t always enough. Sometimes it’s how we show our love that makes the biggest impact.

Whether you’re a culinary expert or a total novice, you can prepare a dish with love, from just making a gourmet sandwich to grilling a couple of steaks. Whatever your flavor is, share it with the love of your life.

Make a photo album – Put your most memorable moments in a photo album and share it with your significant other. It’s a beautiful timeline of your relationship that’s simple to do, but shows that you care, while showing off your favorite moments together.

Watch a sunset together – You don’t need any words at all to enjoy each other’s company while watching a sunset. Embrace your partner and enjoy the view – indoors and outdoors.

Holding hands – Physical affection is important in many forms. Hand-holding is an easy way to express your affection, even when there are no words. Reach for your spouse’s hand, without announcing it, and just feel their hand in yours while you two are enjoying dinner, or sitting together on the couch.

Give them a massage – Help your partner relieve stress and muscle tension by giving them a massage. It’s the perfect way to show your partner you love them and care about their well-being.

Send them a song that reminds you of them – Music is a powerful way to express yourself. Pick a song that reminds you of your partner and have them take a listen. The bond you create over a shared, meaningful song can create a spontaneous dance session or a beautiful, intimate
