Yesterday, I honored your dedication and how you are careful with your eating.  Today, I want to honor your physical being.

You may not be so happy with the body you’re in – but let’s find out what s good about your house.

Do you have (check all that apply):

— a pretty face?
— nice skin?
— few wrinkles?
— great legs?
— good hearing?
— decent eye sight?
— strong feet and legs?
— beautiful curves?
— good teeth?
— strong hands?
— good muscles?

Add some more of your positive attributes to the list, please.

Now, appreciate yourself for what is GOOD with you.  I join you in the praise.  Now, let’s take our amazing selves outside, up and out of the chair you’re sitting in and USE that terrific body.  Go for a long walk.  Take a yoga class.  Hit the gym laughing.  Dance to music, all by yourself or with a friend.

Now, do this every day!  Thank God for what you’ve got, and let yourself help yourself with making yourself better.
