Teddi Mellencamp continues to bravely share her cancer journey with fans—and sadly, her battle has taken a difficult turn.

The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star revealed earlier this year that doctors found multiple tumors on her brain, leading to emergency surgery to remove four of them. At the time, Teddi leaned heavily on her faith, sharing that although it was a “hard day,” she trusted in God’s plan.

Initially, there was cautious optimism. In a recent interview with Us Weekly, Teddi said she felt she had beaten cancer. However, just days later on March 26, her doctors discovered four more small tumors on her brain during an emergency MRI.

Now, Teddi has shared another heartbreaking update: her melanoma has progressed to Stage 4.

In a candid video posted to social media this week, the wellness coach and podcast host thanked her supporters for their many kind messages. “I just want to say thank you guys so much. So many messages about how strong I am. And I gotta tell you, some days I feel really, really strong and some days I feel really, really sad and alone,” Teddi admitted. “Stage 4 cancer can be scary.”

Teddi was first diagnosed and treated for melanoma in 2022, but her cancer has since aggressively spread. She recently confirmed she now has multiple tumors in her brain that couldn’t be removed by surgery, as well as two tumors in her lung—all metastases of her original melanoma diagnosis.

While speaking to Us Weekly, Teddi reflected on how her situation has affected her relationship with her children. Known on RHOBH for reassuring her kids with the line, “Moms always come back,” she admitted she has stopped saying that phrase since returning home from the hospital. “They all know that I’m fighting the hardest I possibly can, but I haven’t said [it] because I don’t want to lie to them. And I don’t know,” she said.

Despite the devastating news, Teddi remains focused on fighting with everything she has. She continues to rely on her faith, her inner resilience, and the support of her loved ones as she faces this heartbreaking chapter.
