planets-spotlight-free-300x300Hmmmm … will 2014 be a repeat of 2013? The cosmos are serving up some similarities, for sure, and judging by the 2014 horoscopes, it looks to be another challenging year.

I actually had a great 2013, personally — lots of good times with wonderful people — but I do feel the tug of transformation at hand. I have no doubt that you, me, and everyone we know will be in a very different place and state of mind by this time next year.

Master Astrologers Rick Levine, Jeff Jawer and Maria DeSimone, all of whom I work with at Tarot.com, have each talked much about these transformational times and how much change is in store for the next few years.

We’ve already seen much upheaval in the news, and most of my friends and family have been going through ups and downs, too. I expect 2014 will indeed be challenging, but I’ve been preparing myself to make the most of it.

The general horoscopes for 2014 continue to reference the series of Uranus-Pluto squares taking place between 2012-2015 — and two of those happen in 2014 (April 21 and Dec. 14). That series of squares combined with other key planetary transits indicate we will be pushed to our limits this year, but breakthroughs lie on the horizon.

For me and all the rest of you Geminis out there, the news is pretty good. Lucky planet Jupiter will be in our house of Self-Worth until mid-July, so we should be feeling good. And yes, it’s going to be a year filled with hard work and a focus on career, but ultimately it will put us into a better position financially.

If you want to make 2014 better than 2013, I suggest studying up on the 2014 horoscopes for life, love and career. Read what’s in store for your sign and jot down some of the key dates to watch for. Mark them on your calendar and really use Astrology to your advantage!

Happy New Year!
