“Recently, some coworkers were discussing how they HAD to buy junk food because they had kids. I was rather stunned. They blamed their own weight issues on the junk food they had at home that they HAD to buy for their kids because their kids wouldn’t eat anything else. Well, I have a solution for that. Let them go hungry. When they get hungry enough, they will eat FOOD. REAL FOOD. When I was a child, dinner choices were not an option. I didn’t have to eat everything but I didn’t get substitutions.”
