How many times have you accomplished something difficult,  like a major workout session or resisting temptation at a big party, and then messed up your plan with something trivial?  It’s finishing up the chips in the bag or eating what the kids left on their plate — things that we don’t even really want — that are the pebbles that often cause us to stumble.

Our challenge for today?  Watch out for the sneaky little things with calories that add up to pounds.
