The first step is knowing what to do.  Then get started.  After that it is simple. Just keep walking!

The trouble is, it is so easy to sit down in the middle of the road — or to take a side path.  We know that a regular exercise program and a low glycemic eating plan will slowly but surely get us where we want to be physically — and will keep us there.  Holiday parties and getting off your schedule may have sidetracked you.  Get back on track and get going in the right direction. You can do it!
