Dear readers, I apologize for the dearth of Daily Skywatches this week.  I have been overwhelmed by an obsessive desire to perfect my website which involved taking it back from the company that I had hired to re-do it.  I attribute this to the Jupiter/Chiron/Neptune conjunction which is sitting right on my Midheaven which is where I project my Self into the public eye.  At any rate, things have settled down and I am back on the case.

Just in time too, because this is a powerhouse of a weekend.  The Sun made a square to Jupiter early this morning and began to set off the triple conjunction beginning with an expanded sense of possibilties.  The Sun is also sextile Uranus as I write this (9 am EDT) which inspires and energizes new ideas and an ability to break through the framework of our normal modes of thinking.

However, a square from the Sun to Chiron at 5:30 pm and then later to Neptune at around 1 am will illuminate the areas of our life where our soul is calling for release.  This Chiron/Neptune conjunction seems to be operating on different levels for different individuals, and remember it will have a more powerful effect if it is actually aspecting something in your own chart.  But there is potential for a deep experience of soul connection here, and in order for that to occur blocks must be broken through.  The Sun can aid in this process as it shines light into the darkness where we are often fear to look.

Saturn turns direct today (10:06 pm).  When Saturn is retrograde we are looking back at past failures to see what can be done to turn things around.  As Saturn changes direction to move forward again there is more momentum and a greater ability to deliver on the promise of change.

On Sunday the Moon will transit by Jupiter, Chiron and Neptune at around 2-3 am, followed by a square to the Sun and Mercury at 3:30 am and 6:40 am respectively.  On the East coast this could make for a restless night, and in other parts of the world there could be a more conscious eruption of emotions.  Pay attention here, because under the emotions is the call of the soul as activated by Chiron and Neptune.  These transformational processes are rarely comfortable, but they are absolutely necessary in the progression of the soul towards wholeness.

The Moon enters Pisces at 10:17 am and the energy of the day will lighten up considerably after that.  In Pisces the Moon is better suited towards flow, and a harmonious sextile to Pluto in the afternoon will help us to regain our inner balance.
