Angel Guidance

It is time to move beyond Survive to Thrive. During times of great shifts, we often just do our best to Survive and not always to Thrive. The angels say that in these challenging times find ways to Thrive instead of just Surviving. These times of discontent show you that things need to be cleaned up. Here are some tips from the angels so you can use this energy to help you.

Surviving is one step in the process. Your angels are guiding you to move things to the next level and learn to thrive, regardless to what life throws your way. Survival comes first, just don’t stop there. Keep moving to a point that feels better than just getting by. Move your mindset from the mode of survive to thrive.

The past teaches us that nothing is perfect. The future teaches us that everything changes. The Present shows us that everything is perfect just as it is. Let these words resonate first in your mind. Then, let it settle in your heart for a bit and then think about the words. Think about the feelings they invoke. Live isn’t meant to live it perfectly, yet everything is perfect just as it is.

Here are some powerful tips to move past Survive to Thrive:

  1. Meditation – Just a few minutes a day will make a difference in your sense of well-being.  Now go to your inner quiet place. Go deep inside to a place where you feel that you are at peace and then just relax and breathe in deeply and enjoy the feeling of being at one and at peace within yourself.Use this special time and place to be calm. Free your mind and body of all worry, all regret, all disappointment, all anger and all grief.”Research suggests that daily meditation may alter the brain’s neural pathways, making you more resilient to stress.” Dr. Robbie Maller Hartman PhD.
  2. Accept You can’t control everything – This is a big one. Sometimes you just have to step back, take a deep breath, and realize you can’t control everything. Some things are beyond what you can control, it is really that simple. Try less to control and go with the flow.
  3. Stay Positive –I know that sometimes when you are just surviving, this can seem like a platitude, it is however very true. It isn’t always easy to stay positive, but it is worth the work. Don’t focus on negative thoughts. Your thoughts always become a ‘Self Fulfilling Prophecy’ so decide which ones you want to hold.
  4. Do something Fun – Remember to make time to have some fun and really enjoy yourself. Find a hobby that enthralls you, do activities that feed your spirit and make your soul happy. Surround yourself with activities and people that you have fun with. Listen to music. Listening to soothing music lowers your blood pressure, lowers your heart rate, and relieves symptoms of anxiety. Laughter raises your endorphin’s, your feel good hormones, and lowers cortisol. A nice long walk in nature gives you some pure oxygen, time to reflect on aspects of your life and release negative energy.
  5. Be Grateful –Keep a running log or journal of everything you are grateful for. This simple action of creating this list will hep you focus on the good in your life and keep a positive perspective. Create a section of this book where you write all the things you love about the people and the situations in your life that you would like to experience more of. Only write positive things in this book and read it over during troubled times to remind yourself of better days and better ways.

Your Angel Guidance is to take the next step beyond Survive to Thrive:

To Survive is a step in learning to Thrive. Don’t stop there. While survival is a better feeling place than being pulled under by life’s challenges, we don’t want you to stay there too long. Let this be a stepping stone to the next level. Move from the mode of survive to thrive. Live the full life of your mind and your heart. This is the best way to learn to thrive.
