Practice Thankfulness - 45 Minute Break

Visit a quality stationery store and look for a beautiful blank book to use as a daily gratitude journal. (Do this in person, not online! Take a drive down the prettiest roads you know to get there.) Don’t rush to make a purchase. Make it a meditation; gently push away all thoughts of work and duty. When you’ve chosen your journal, find a special pen or ink for writing in it. As you conclude your purchase, savor the childlike joy of having gotten something really nice for yourself.
