Jealousy Amplifies Insecurity
Feeling jealous about the lack of another’s affection or attention towards you, for example, has an underlying root cause of insecurity. Let’s say you are insecure about some aspect of yourself (your looks, your inability to attract or keep a partner, others’ perception of you, etc). Although you may not be consciously thinking about it, you are activating and holding a chronic underlying vibration of insecurity. This underlying insecurity often manifests as the emotion of jealousy towards a partner or another person. The partner then senses the insecurity, and causes the negative energy frequency to expand in both your lives. When you feel jealous, therefore, it works best to take your attention away from the object of the jealousy and point the finger back at yourself. As you clean up your own vibration of insecurity and doubt, the object of the jealousy often becomes a non-issue.
