Take a Daily Time Out
When it’s all said and done, you’ve probably accomplished a great deal after the day is over. Take a break, each day, and reset. Having a moment to one’s self allows that individual an opportunity to refresh and have a clear mindset for the rest of the day’s task. A time out doesn’t have to be a lengthy amount of time however, you’ll be surprised at the effects of having 10 -15 minutes of daily “me” time.
