3. Finding the best nutrition for your body is an intuitive and intellectual journey. Anything that brings your body into a natural homeostasis will provide a more grounded experience for you. Your body will live longer and feel better by reducing exposure to alcohol, chemicals, radiation, drugs, caffeine and sugar, as they can be ungrounding at certain doses. Seek balanced advice from your medical doctor, alternative practitioner and your own intuition to discern the best nutrition.
