It may seem like pleasure… but in the long run, it’s causing you great pain and suffering.
Stop and think before avoiding exercise...It may seem easier and less tiring, but in the long run you are letting your body go fallow, your joints get stiff, and your heart and lungs and bloodstream suffer.
Do now what you know is right. If you cannot get motivated, ask yourself "Why am I hurting myself?"
