It’s the nicest thing to share your bounty.
Invite a friend over for supper, tonight or sometime soon. It doesn’t have to be fancy or expensive, or for any special occasion. The conversation is what’s valuable.
Talk about your feelings, and listen to your friend’s. Take turns talking, being sure to really listen and validate. Open up and let your friend know what you’re going through, what you hope for, and what you’re working towards.
Serve some really simple, healthy foods, like a vegetable stir-fry with marinated tofu. Or how about a delicious steamed fish with ginger sauce? Or a gigantic pig-out salad chocked full of fresh crudite, a sprinkling of nuts, and some very fine gourmet vinegar dressing?
You’ll be surprised how little you eat.
