Right now, make a written list of your desires to change and action you could take to make them real. List as many positive desires as possible. List at least 10, with 10 actions.
Here are some possibilities as examples. Think of your own, of course, but these ideas may help you get started.
DESIRE: “I want to walk up more than 1 flight of stairs without getting winded.”
ACTION: “I will walk up one flight a day to increase my stamina.”
DESIRE: “I want to stop having brownies every night.”
ACTION: “I will pray instead, and have some fruit.”
DESIRE: “I really want to have a relationship.”
ACTION: “I will sign up for an online dating service.”
