Are pre-packaged diet foods useful for weight loss?
Diet foods may help you lose weight initially, but you simply will not be able to eat only pre-packaged foods for the rest of your life. So while there's nothing wrong with trying them, they are not a long term solution to weight problems.
I have worked with a few people who have been on various pre-packaged diet plans. Here’s what I've heard: "It gets very boring." The best way to lose weight permanently, I have determined, is to eat a balanced food plan consisting of any food in moderation. Begin finding ways to make moderate daily exercise a fun part of your life. In the long run, it's cheaper, healthier – and simpler – than any fad diet.
