Always be calm when approaching hot topics. Limit discussions to 10-15 minutes! Keep your voice low and calm. Use kind tones. If you find yourself getting excited, anxious or angry, STOP. Take a break. Renew the discussion when you are calm again. Remember to be calm and kind!
