INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 to 4 strips of bacon

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 green pepper, cut into strips

  • 4 ears of corn, kernels cut off cob, or 1 can (16-ounces) whole-kernel corn, drained, or 1 package (10-ounces) frozen corn, thawed


TO PREPARE:

1.  Fry bacon and remove from skillet.
2.  Add onion and green pepper to bacon drippings and saute until onion is clear.
3.  Stir in corn.  Cover and simmer 5 minutes.  Garnish with crumbled bacon
