  • 6 green onions, chopped fine
  • 3 ounces sliced black olives
  • 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 10 ounces marinated artichoke hearts, chopped, including marinade
  • 10 ounces pasta shells or twists, cooked to package directions and drained
  • 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/2 pound prosciutto, cut into julienne strips


1.  Combine all ingredients and mix well.  Chill and serve.
