Love means saying “I’m Sorry”
Humble yourself ...
“Life is like cleaning the house,” writes Cecil Murphey in his book Making Sense When Life Doesn’t: The Secrets of Thriving in Tough Times, “no matter how hard you work to clean up the mess, tomorrow the clutter and disorder will reappear, and it will just need cleaning again.” While life’s messiness is unavoidable, says Murphy, it’s how a person chooses to respond to the mess that matters. And part of that is apologizing. Yes, true love for your spouse, your friends, for mankind is saying you’re sorry.
