Grace Hanson, played by Jane Fonda, is a sophisticated retired cosmetic mogul and Frankie Bergstein (Lilly Tomlin) is a hippie art instructor and they never liked each other. They only put up with each other because their husbands were friends and worked at a top San Diego law firm. The comedy-drama "Grace and Frankie" follows this relationship after the ladies received some devastating news that would unify them.
