#10: 'Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe'
After years of waiting for a respectable adaptation of C.S. Lewis's classic religious allegory, fans were not disappointed when Disney brought Aslan and the Pevensie children to life on the big screen. All of the key moments and supporting characters from the novel—a kingdom frozen in snow, talking fawns—remained intact when translated into a film and successfully walked that line between being too overtly Christian and watering down the story's message.
Quote: You know, Aslan, I'm a little disappointed in you. Did you honestly think by all this that you could save the human traitor? You are giving me your life and saving no one. So much for love.
