Ballerina Boy

Jasper likes to dress up as a ballerina. He likes to dress up like a ballerina, it seems, because twirling is much more fun when you have something around your waist that twirls with you. Jasper likes to twirl. He likes to twirl even more when there is a tutu involved.

Luckily for Jasper, we have a lot of tutus. And princess costumes, and sundry feminine accessories.

But despite Jasper’s love of all things pink and frilly, he is still 187% BOY…

Oh, so sweet! I love, love, love little boys, especially little boys in tutus! My second oldest was like that, except he’s wearing his cowboy boots in the picture we have of him in his older cousin’s tutu and has his nails painted. He’s sixteen now, and I listened to him and his (oh so fabulous!) girlfriend comparing which “Littlest Petshop” toys they each had when they were small. (At the time, he didn’t care that they were pink and sparkly and marketed to girls, he just thought they were really cool!) It’s so nice that even when they get bigger than you, they can manage to be so sweet you just wanna eat them up.
