I’m looking forward to The Biggest Loser which premiers tonight. It’s annoying that it’s up against Fringe but since Samantha loves to watch it, my husband and I will have to watch it on Hulu.Here’s a preview episode I found on Hulu: It looks like it’s going to be an interesting season and I’m especially interested in watching this year since I went through my grueling exercise program this summer 🙂 Yes, I didn’t give up on it even though I stopped blogging about it. I figured that since I couldn’t report weekly weight loss figures, it wasn’t worth the time. I’ve lost inches and I’m down two jean sizes, a shirt size and a dress size but the scale doesn’t reflect that. In fact I’ve only lost 3 pounds according to the scale. The Biggest Loser was one of the reasons why I was motivated to lose weight (the other was my health), I was encouraged to try when I saw the episode where a 60 plus year-old contestant lost more weight in one week than anyone in the history of the Biggest Loser. I figured if an obese senior citizen can lose weight, so can I (eventually 🙂
